Aswathy Ponnachan is a postgraduate in Social work, specialized in medical and psychiatry. She started her career as a rehabilitation professional in an early intervention and child development centre and then worked for the Kerala government Tribal Department as a Student counsellor. Currently, she performs as a Medical and Psychiatric social worker at XceptionalLEARNING. Her role is to coordinate the multidisciplinary team, handle case intake, manage cases, plan interventions and discharges.
