Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing XceptionalLEARNING for your educational needs. We work hard to offer our users high-quality services. In the event that you are not satisfied with your subscription, we have outlined our refund policy below. Please be aware that some exceptions may apply.

Provider & Seeker Subscription:

The refund applies only for annual subscription & if the request is made within 90 days of the subscription date.  An amount of Rs 3000/- will be deducted as enrolment charges from the refund amount.

Trainee Subscription:

Trainee subscriptions are non-refundable.

Therapy Session:

Fees for therapy sessions will be refunded only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. No refund will be issued once the sessions have commenced.


Rescheduling of sessions is permitted in situations where unavoidable circumstances prevent attendance at the scheduled session.

1. If the provider has to call off or cancel a session for any unavoidable reason, the provider should compensate by rescheduling the session at the next available and convenient date for the seeker.

2. If the seeker requests for rescheduling of a session at short notice of below 12 hours for reasons other than illness or emergencies, the session will be billable.

3. In the event of illness it is recommended to notify the other party as soon as possible to explore options for rescheduling the session once both parties are feeling better.

4. When providers face unavoidable professional commitments or unexpected scheduling conflicts, they should inform the seeker well in advance to mutually agree upon a new session time that suits both parties.

5. Seekers encountering unexpected conflicts or emergencies are encouraged to notify the provider as soon as possible to rearrange the session.

6. In any rare case of technical difficulties disrupting a session, efforts will be made to reconnect promptly. If the issue persists, rescheduling the session is permitted with no additional cost to the seeker.

7. In situations where severe weather conditions or transportation issues arise, prioritizing safety is key and session will have to be rescheduled on an emergency basis with no penalty.

8. To avoid disruptions due to planned vacations or holiday commitments, it is recommended to discuss and plan sessions in advance.

Unforeseen circumstances may arise, and situations should be accommodated within reason. In cases where rescheduling becomes a recurrent issue, the provider may discuss strategies to ensure consistent attendance and continuity of care.

Transaction Details: Include the transaction ID and date of purchase.

Plan Type: Specify whether you requested for subscription plan or therapy sessions cancellation.

Reason for Refund: Briefly explain the reason for your refund request.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon approval of the refund request. You will be intimated through  your registered email regarding the progress of the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
