Rakshitha holds a postgraduate degree in audiology and speech-language pathology and is a gold medalist from Mangalore University. A certified professional with RCI and ISHA registration, her work experience began as a paediatric audiologist and deglutologist in one of the hospitals in Mysore. She has also worked as a speech-language pathologist in a clinical setting, performing various language, voice, fluency, and articulation assessments, therapy sessions, and counselling both online and offline.
