Elba Rose James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from NISH, Trivandrum, and began her career as an Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist, gaining clinical experience with individuals with hearing and communication needs. To strengthen her leadership skills, she completed an MBA from KTU and later worked as an Assistant Manager alongside her clinical role. A registered RCI professional and life member of ISHA, she is passionate about supporting children and families. She currently serves as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with our team.
