Swathi Chandran holds a postgraduate degree in MCA from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in Kochi. Previously, she worked in development teams as a Junior PowerBuilder Developer and PeopleSoft Consultant. She completed a course and internship in both manual and automation testing at Camerinfolks in Kochi. As a QA Trainee at XceptionalLEARNING, she is responsible for assessing the system’s functionality and user experience to ensure it is free of bugs. She documents and reports technical issues, executes test cases, and analyzes the results. Additionally, she reports any identified bugs to the development teams.
