Mithun began his career at Rangamani Associates, Kottayam, gaining a strong foundation in financial operations. He is currently with XceptionalLEARNING, contributing for the past 1 year and 8 months. Known for his accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail, Mithun brings diverse industry experience that enhances the efficiency of the finance team.

Swathi Chandran holds a postgraduate degree in MCA from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in Kochi. Previously, she worked in development teams as a Junior PowerBuilder Developer and PeopleSoft Consultant. She completed a course and internship in both manual and automation testing at Camerinfolks in Kochi. As a QA Analyst at XceptionalLEARNING, she is responsible for assessing the system’s functionality and user experience to ensure it is free of bugs. She documents and reports technical issues, executes test cases, and analyzes the results. Additionally, she reports any identified bugs to the development teams.

Sarah is a QA Engineer with 3.5 years of experience in manual testing. She has extensive knowledge of e-commerce and mobile applications, including end-to-end testing, functional testing, regression testing, and usability testing. She is well-versed in using test management tools such as JIRA and Mantis for tracking and managing defects, as well as creating and managing test cases. Sarah committed to delivering high-quality software and ensuring excellent user experiences. 

Sivaprasad K R is equipped with graduate in B.com computer application. He has 2 years experience in baby care sales industry, and later joined XceptionalLEARNING as Business Development Executive. He is passionate about crafting innovative strategies to engage with the target audience, drive impactful results, and contribute to the company’s growth and maximizing revenue.

Ms. Rosmy Saju is a special educator specializing in learning disabilities. With vast experience in working with differently-abled children, she also trains educators and parents to use effective teaching methods. As a resource person for XceptionalLEARNING, she contributes to promoting inclusive education and better learning solutions. She also takes and manages sessions using the most advanced digital technology to enhance learning and intervention.

Meenu Mary Chacko, Physiotherapist with 3 year and 6 months of experiences in Physiotherapy department. As a Physiotherapist she have managed Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric Patients in Neurology, Orthopeadic and Cardiology Departments. And implemented treatment programs based on patient’s conditions including Rehabilitation, Therapeutic Exercises, Electrotherapy, Gait Training, Pain Management, Myofascial Release,Post Operative Rehabilitation. Also she have experiences in Pediatric and Adult Cardiacc Icu’s and have Multidisciplinary team working experiences.

Shilna S., an MSW graduate with a specialization in medical and psychiatric social work from Loyola College (Kerala University) and a Bachelor of Commerce from MG University, serves as a Hybrid Rehabilitation Social Worker at XceptionalLEARNING. As an HRSW, she integrates in-center and home-based interventions—using face-to-face and online sessions—coordinates interdisciplinary care plans, delivers targeted home-based interventions, and collaborates with therapists and families to enhance clients’ functional and emotional well-being.
