Elizabeth have completed Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) from Dr. MGR medical university in 2021. She works as a peadiatric occupational therapist. She can help with many areas of  child’s development, including cognitive perceptual social emotional skills, behaviour, sensory processing, prelearning skills, play, activities of daily living skills (ADLs), gross motor skills and fine motor skills. She tries to make them independent.

Chinnu Thomas, our Speech Language Pathologist is a postgraduate degree holder in  speech-language pathology. She pursued her post graduation from Manipal university and under graduation from Mangalore university. A certified professional with RCI and ISHA registration. She began her career as a Pediatric speech language pathologist in clinical setting, dealing with assessment and management of various speech and language disorders. She also has 1 year working experience from All India institute of speech and hearing, Mysore.

Dr. Soumya Mary Mathews as an enthusiastic educationist with a doctorate in Education and specialised in Educational Psychology from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. Her works foster learning experiences at XceptionalLEARNING as the Education Coordinator and Research Specialist. She is in charge of guiding interns, refining curriculum, guides academic research and in leading personal growth initiatives for parent and clinical groups. Dr. Soumya’s extensive background in education and developmental science, including M.Sc in Nutrition and a M.Phil in Education fuels her duty in ensuring effective educational strategies.

With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in India and overseas across various industries and a strong IT and hardware background, Mr. Jestin optimizes supply chain processes, ensuring seamless operations and driving efficiency. His extensive background encompasses strategic planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and vendor relationship management. His expertise lies in identifying cost-saving opportunities, streamlining workflows, and implementing robust supply chain strategies that align with XceptionalLEARNING goals.

Anoop brings 15 years of marketing experience in the education sector to the table. Previously, he held business development officer positions in various educational programs. Anoop is a team player who has collaborated with sales teams to achieve organizational goals. He has also mentored business development executives in educational marketing. His extensive marketing experience will be a valuable asset for the company’s growth.

Ramprasad bring over 24 Years of Extensive Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales Industry. He honed his Skills in Building Brands, Strong Customer Relationship, Developing Effective Sales Strategy across Various sector Including Critical, Chronic & Acute Therapy Portfolios in Leading Pharmaceutical Companies. Vast Experience in Pharmaceutical Business made him to Focusing on understanding Customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success. Meha P. Parekh is a Special Educator specializing in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), working as a Subject Specialist – Special Educator at XceptionalLEARNING. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and a B.Ed. in Special Education with specialization in IDD from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, securing Second Rank at the university level. She is trained in inclusive education, individualized instructional planning, and structured interventions. Her work focuses on technology integration, digital teaching content, and training special educators in digital teaching approaches.

Minnu is a Pediatric occupational therapist with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) degree from SRM University, Chennai. She helps children improve their development in various areas. This includes helping them reach developmental milestones, manage sensory challenges, and improve their self-care skills, thinking skills, social and emotional skills, behavior, sensory processing, pre-learning skills, play, daily living activities, large muscle skills, and small muscle skills.

Treesa is a finance professional with over 5 years of experience in the financial sector. She holds an M.Com and an M.A. in Economics from IGNOU, and has cleared CA Final Group 2 along with completing her articleship training. She previously worked as a Finance Associate in a consulting firm, handling day-to-day financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Treesa brings a strong academic foundation and hands-on expertise in finance processes and compliance management.

Mithun is a seasoned Accounts Assistant with over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including 11+ years in India and overseas. He holds a B.Com in Computer Applications from Mahatma Gandhi University, completed through MES College, Mukkoottuthara. Mithun began his career at Rangamani Associates, Kottayam, gaining a strong foundation in financial operations. He is currently with XceptionalLEARNING, contributing for the past 1 year and 8 months.
