Majdi Musthafa K P is a Behaviour Therapist with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology. He supports children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language delays, and learning difficulties through individualised, evidence-based strategies that improve communication, behaviour, social interaction, and daily living skills. An ABAT candidate, Majdi has received clinical supervision from Jayne Tibbs in paediatric autism, language development, communication goals, and multidisciplinary intervention planning while working closely with families and professionals.

A dedicated Special Educator with a B.Ed in Special Education (Intellectual Disability) and 2 years of experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and diverse learning needs. Passionate about creating individualized learning experiences through structured interventions, behavioural support, and child-centered teaching strategies. Skilled in working collaboratively with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance communication, social, academic, and developmental outcomes while promoting inclusive and supportive learning environments.

Leenu S. J. is a Consultant Psychologist and RCI Licensed Special Educator with experience since 2017. She currently works as a Digital Specialist Special Educator at Verge Foundation under XceptionalLEARNING, where she provides digital training for special school teachers. Her expertise includes special education, digital teaching, teacher training, and developing inclusive learning content for children with special needs. Leenu is passionate about integrating technology with special education to create accessible and meaningful learning experiences.
